Ingredients (10 Servings)

  • 100 g onions
  • 5-6 spring onions
  • 300 g chicken, lamb or pork liver
  • 200 g lamb offal or lamb meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • Fresh dill and parsley
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Wash and boil the liver and offal; if you are using meat, dice it before boiling. Discard the water and leave it to cool. Mince in a meat grinder. Finely chop the onions and spring onions and sauté them in sunflower oil. Add them to the minced meat. Mix in the eggs, the herbs, salt and pepper.

Cover a small baking tray in baking paper, add the mixture and bake at 200o C for 30 minutes.
