To support your concerns, the National Kidney Federation (NKF) have produced lanyards with the wording "vulnerable person – social distance" to make the general public aware that you are part of a population that is at a higher risk of developing COVID-19.
The lanyards are available to purchase now via the NKF website only for £1 and include a hook that can attach to a bottle of hand gel.
