Stuffed pattypan squash

Ingredients (4 Servings)

  • 1 pattypan squash (approx. 1 kg)
  • 300 g minced pork
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • a little Vegeta
  • pepper
  • marjoram

For on top:

  • 1 cup sour cream (30 % fat)
  • 100 g Edam cheese (45 % fat)

If the pattypan squash is tender, it need not be peeled. Cut off the top, scrape out the core and precook. Brown the minced meat and season with a very little delikat, pepper and marjoram, then stuff the squash with it. Coat the top with a mixture of the sour cream and cheese, place in the oven and bake until done.
